- 2 tsp Olive oil½ onion, diced
 - 1 Clove garlic, crushed
 - 2 tbsp Yellow mustard seeds
 - 400g can Chopped tomato
 - ½ tbsp Light brown soft sugar
 - 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
 
Filo wraps
- 500g Mixed kale and spinach
 - 1 bunch Spring onions, sliced
 - 1 large Egg, beaten
 - 75g Pine nuts, toasted
 - ¼ tsp Ground nutmeg
 - 200g Feta
 - 270g Pack filo pastry
 - 1½ tbsp Vegetable oil
 - Rocket to serve
